Oh I've seen these! They are so cute, but I think I'm past the stage of knowing people who are getting married. It's b/c I'm now getting old, and the next round of weddings will be my friends children... or people I used to babysit.
I made one for my husband 3 years ago in the shape of a heart in red satiny fabric. I emroidered with beads. One side says Si (spanish for "yes") and the other says no. It was fun to make.
